A project will be initiated by establishing a project group, among the members
(and eventual third parties) that support the project. If need be, the members in that project group
will sign an NDA regarding that project. The project group will appoint a project manager.
First task of the project group is to establish a proof of concept, preferably coupled to a pilot project.
For that purpose, the project will define the key elements that mark the project as a success,
these key elements will be mentioned in the project file when submitted to the Board.
